My husband laughed his ass off when I told him this, which I didn't particularly appreciate, but it was in its own self somewhat funny. And now I will be continuously tormented until I show him that I can write this freaking scene!

Here's the deal. I CANNOT write sex scenes. And by that, I mean normal sex scenes. What constitutes as normal? I'll put it this way. I have been able to write rape scenes and vampire sex scenes and that's it. But regular human sex, whether it's straight, gay, loving, hardcore, WHATEVER THE SITUATION MAY BE, I can't do it. Seriously, the scenes actually write themselves in my head, but I can't get them down on paper, or in this case, Word. So I have these awesome scenes in my head that won't go away, which leads to some seriously fucked up dreams and needs for sex. This is why my husband found this SO funny.

I'm guessing I'm not the only writer who has had this issue because we all have to make that leap from writing PG13 to NC17 material at one point. And I'm sick of dancing around this scene because I have written a ton of the stuff around it. And it can't be a light scene either - the whole thing is really dramatic and insane in nature. I would love to get over this so that I can write them in the future as well with no problem.

Right now I am sitting around feeling like if people are able to read the crazy stuff in my mind, they're going to think bad things of me, but my husband said that I'm just telling a story. They're characters, they're not me. Hell, if they were me, I'd be a doped up rock star chasing ghosts. Who apparently isn't getting laid right now because I won't write it in for her!

I just need some words of encouragment or advice. I know there are a lot of people who write out there no matter what it is. Please bear in mind that this is my own personal fiction, not fanfiction, otherwise I would be more than happy to share to show you what I am dealing with.

Anyone who answers this, I love you already. This is really bugging me!

I am in the process of opening the community, teambella on LJ, but I cannot find a good header to use for it. So, I thought I would go out to the mass public of Twilight fans and ask if you want to help. Here's the deal. I need a header that follows this criteria:
- Dimensions: 800x424 pixels

I thought it was better than the Twilight film. The fact that it wasn't that blue color like the Twilight film really made it better for me because that ruined a lot of Twilight for me.

Compared to the book, I feel that much like any other film adaptation, if you read the book, you won't be fully satisfied with the film because it can never be the same. There's not enough time. So I try to separate the films and books. Doing that makes the films much better for me. So overall, I enjoyed it.

I'm looking for writing prompts. I generally write adult horror or suspenseful fiction, so that type of prompt would be appreciated. I am working on writing short stories that are 3000 words at the maximum because I need to sell some to literary journals. If anyone could give me a list of prompts, or point me in the direction of a site that has good prompts, that would be wonderful. I have been looking around online, but all I can find are prompts for children and stuff like that.

This is the first fanmix I have ever done. It has been sitting on my PC since last year being indecisive. You will see upon viewing the tracks that I like a whole range of music, but this is kind of a fanmix for the whole saga, so it ranges from angsty to poppy to other things I can't even describe. I also love both the dream team and the movie team, so I had to do art for both of them. Let me know what you think!

 Some people are serious pricks.

I have to get this off my chest cuz I am just angry now and writing helps me vent.  We went to meet my husband's sister and her husband at this little bar tonight since there was going to be a costume contest.  My costume this year is one of those sexy devil costumes.  So the dress is like, really short and I wear fishnets, boots, and horns.  The tail is attached in two places to the back of the dress.  Well, I also have another piece to the costume which is my long red trenchcoat for when it's cold.  I figure that since we are going to be in this dumpy little bar all night, I'll just keep the coat on so I don't have to deal with people grabbing at me all night.  

So we are all standing there having a good time and talking when this old guy behind me goes and lifts up not only my coat, but then my dress!  I turn around all mortified and there he is just STARING at my ass and I knock his hands out of way and cover myself up.  Well, in the process, he managed to break one end of my tail, so it just hangs down now instead of curling up.  And it's very long so if it hangs, I can't walk around with it like that.

I get angry about this and tell my husband, who does nothing.  Now bear in mind, I don't like, expect my husband to go over and start shit with the guy.  He's not a big guy and doesn't like confronting people, but he doesn't say anything to him or to even me.  And here I sit feeling like just a slut because I have this cute costume on so I must have just attracted it and it's my fault so I just left the bar.  So I'm up at twenty to one, upset about this.  My costume is broken, my husband is sleeping and pissed that we had to leave so soon, and I feel like a total skank.

Other than that though, good evening! :(  I waited all night for my husband to come home from his hockey game too and it was just going to be fun for us to go out.  I wish we would have just stayed home.  Then we could have watched the rest of "Antichrist".  Has anyone seen that yet?  The Willem Dafoe film?  We got a screener copy of it last night, but unfortunately only got the first half.  It's good, but I have to warn anyone that it is graphic, both sexually and violently.  And when I say graphic, I mean in the most graphic way possible.  I do enjoy Lars von Trier films though and it is certainly one of his.  Oh and it is just magnificantly depressing, so be prepared.  Seriously, my husband wanted to watch it last night and I told him, "Now, are you sure?  Cuz I don't want to hear any bitching about it once this gets started."  But I would recommend it.  Oh, look, I'm feeling better already... 

Okay, I have a few lyrics that I want to make art out of, but I need the subject.  It has to be of a lust filled girl who ends up somehow punished (whether metaphorically or in reality) for it.  And I know, gee, a girl being punished for wanting sex, it sounds too easy, but I seriously can't think of anything.  It can be from a movie or a show.  I don't watch EVERYTHING, so we'll see what gets posted.  

The following three walls are ones that I have done in the past couple days. I personally love the film "The Midnight Meat Train" and had to make some walls of it for upcoming Halloween. I wanted to make some walls from horror movies and this is a great B horor film based on the Clive Barker story. It's not the best film ever made, but it's certainly fun if you are just looking for a good B horror film.

I also did a Bella/Jacob wall (hooray!) which I haven't done in a while. It was a work in progress FOREVER, so I'm happy to have it done. I'm really getting excited for the New Moon film, so I thought I'd vent some of that energy into artwork.
