I have no time for hate, so don't bring it here.

I love lots of fandoms including Boardwalk Empire, Buffy, Dexter, Doctor Who, Fringe, Harry Potter, Supernatural, Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, and more. I also love cartoons. They make me happy.

I have a website that contains my artwork and screencaps entitled "Shadow of Reflection". Most of my time is either spent writing, reading, online, or at concerts. I'm currently working on getting a literary agent or a publisher as well as a real job.

erin_nikki 's challenge at the Buffyforums based upon tarot. I pulled the card The Eight of Swords. After doing research, I found this card represents restriction, helplessness, and confusion. The woman who pulls this card is lost and alone. I decided to art this scene from Buffy Season 3 when Buffy feels powerless. Due to the betrayal by Giles, she feels lost, alone, and helpless. I used darker tones to convey the sadness within the piece.

I love this.

I love the black and white images and the gradient effect you used in the middle of the WP. Seriously pretty. :)

ETA: How--HOW have I not seen the Faith/Dean layout at your website??? It's gorgeous!

Thank you. The gradient was a real last ditch effort to make this because I kept trying different things. This one finally made me happy. :) And thanks for the layout comment. I really liked how it turned out cuz the Faith manip was really tough. The original base had a HUGE tattoo, so I had to cover it all up.

I so love that - when you've tried loads of different stuff and it all just seems to come together at the end. :) Lovely work!

I still have not mastered the art of manips yet beyond them looking like 'my-head-eez-pasted-on-yay!' so I'm seriously in awe of that layout and how much work you've put into it.
