Day 10 - Favorite Classic Book



Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte

This was the easiest one for me.  I simply adore this book.  I guess there are people in this world that absolutely loathe  this book and those that love it to death because I remember telling someone I loved it and they looked at me and said, "Oh, no, you're one of those."  In summary, it's a gothic love story between the characters of Cathy and Heathcliff.  Throughout the course of the story, their love becomes incredibly tragic, destroying both them and those around them.  I just LOVE it.  My favorite film interpretation of this is the one with Ralph Finnes as Heathcliff.  It was just perfect.
