Wordpress?

Does anyone know anything about implementing Wordpress?  I am trying to implement it on my husband's website and I don't really understand it.  I run Cutenews on my site and have the following code on my main page:

I'm trying to figure out where I can find the similar file in Wordpress that has this info.  Everything is already installed and stuff, it's just that I need the damn code.
