I have a website that contains my artwork and screencaps entitled "Shadow of Reflection". Most of my time is either spent writing, reading, online, or at concerts. I'm currently working on getting a literary agent or a publisher as well as a real job.

Notes: Instrumental fanmix following key moments through the relationship of Damon and Elena.

I've been wanting to do an instrumental mix of anything for FOREVER, so this was a lot of fun. The finale of the second season was the clencher with all the Damon and Elena moments. Basically, I just grabbed what I figured to be a lot of key moments in their relationship and set music to them. I'm a huge fan of instrumental music having scooped up movie scores since I was young and been trained in classical piano. The idea of being able to tell a story through music is really cool to me. So I hope you'll enjoy this. Please, I REALLY ask of you on this one, if you like it, COMMENT! Just cuz it is something totally different for me. I'd love to do more of them, but if I think people aren't listening, I'm not going to go through the trouble of posting and doing art, you know? So, enjoy!

Edit: I recently added all the original artists. I had to dig through my albums and wanted to get them down since so many people were asking. I couldn't get all the tracks, but this way you can at least look into artists. I know all the albums if you are curious, just not the track names.

I have a potentially dumb and hopefully not offensive question. What songs did you use? Or did you compose music for this?

Sorry. I'm just still a noob when it comes to fanmixes.

Oh, God, no I didn't compose it, lol. :) I wish I had the time to. I used a bunch of different songs from scores. There's stuff from the scores to Wuthering Heights, Swept From the Sea, Eyes Wide Shut, The Crow scores, the X-Files, and a couple others. I kept adding and subtracting songs when I made it, so I'm not exactly sure of all them, but I could probably figure it out if you want to know a certain one.

I love it and am definitely downloading! I have to admit, instrumentals are not something I listen to, mostly because I just have to be in the mood for them, but I love listening to them while I'm writing or reading because I can still have music but not get distracted by the lyrics. DEFINITELY post more instrumental mixes mate! You know that you will always have a listener in me and considering you already have quite a few comments before me, I'd say I'm not the only one *hugs*

This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I love the song you chose for You Should Have Met Me in 1864. PERFECT. It sounds very familiar, too. Any chance you recall which soundtrack you picked it from? I'm wondering if I already have it, lol.
